Solicitor Fees for Deceased Estates NSW | Copeland Estates Legal

Solicitor fees for deceased estates NSW

We believe in transparency. That's why we offer blackboard pricing — so you can see exactly what's involved and what it will cost. If your needs don't fit our standard offerings, we'll provide a fixed-fee estimate.

Who pays deceased estate legal fees?
If you are the executor or administrator of a deceased estate, it's important to know that legal costs are paid from the estate itself — not out of your own pocket.
● All prices inclusive of GST & shown as starting from — plus court filing fees & disbursements where applicable
Not sure where to start as an executor?
Being named executor of an estate can feel overwhelming — especially while you're grieving. Our bereavement support page walks you through what needs to happen and when. Or book a free 10-minute chat with one of our solicitors to talk through your situation.
Our scope of service — what we do and don’t do
Copeland Estates Legal is a procedural deceased estates practice. We handle straightforward estate administrations with confidence and care — probate, letters of administration, property transmissions and estate distribution.

We do not act in contested estates, Will disputes, family provision claims, or any matter where a dispute has arisen or a claim has been foreshadowed. If your estate involves a dispute or challenge, we will let you know promptly and, where we can, refer you to an appropriate firm so you are never left without guidance.
